1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tickler43 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Description of Service

Tickler43 provides a task management interface based on the GTD methodology. Because our "Lens" architecture treats your Google Calendar as the primary system of record, Tickler43 does not own your task data. We provide the software "as is" and do not guarantee specific productivity results.

4. Subscriptions and Pricing

• Free Tier: Includes 225 active events and 1 calendar connection.
• Standard ($5/mo): Includes unlimited events, 1 calendar connection, and email support.
• Pro ($12/mo): Includes unlimited events, unlimited calendar connections ("Workspaces"), and advanced features like the Focus Engine.

Prices are subject to change with notice. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google Account credentials.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with Google's Acceptable Use Policy.
• Managing your own data within your Google Calendar environment.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or violate Google's API policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tickler43, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any disruptions to Google Calendar or Drive services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
